And revisit the 2026 Legislature’s “11th Hour” rubber-stamp of the whole thing in the recently passed and signed Coeur d’ Alene Tribe Water Rights Settlement Agreement – Ratification and Authorization for Implementation, which endorses the Governor’s Declaration of an Emergency and instructs “executive branch agencies or officers of the state . . . to execute and perform all actions consistent with this section that are necessary to implement the agreement.”
It looks like they are going to “jawbone” your consent.
Senator Phil Hart was the sponsor of this bill. He belongs to the “good ole’ boys club” now. Note well.
