Local zoning, building codes, fictional EPA standards, and now water adjudication – add these to the causes of Benewah County’s death spiral. Who is behind these restrictions? Realtors, insurance underwriters, lenders, county assessors, building contractors and others just doing their job and completely oblivious that they are making Benewah County unaffordable.
